I’m reallly looking forward to getting ideas from MPM meme members, because we usually have the same stuff over and over again. I also work 2nd shift, so most days I’m not even home for the family supper.
(But this has a silver lining…my husband does most of the cooking, and he has a lot more experience than I do! *lol*)

Welcome to MPM! I’m glad you’re joining in. Are you from KY? I am as well. Hope you find some great recipes.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Your menu looks great. Especially the chicken and dumplings. That is something that is so tasty but I’ve never had luck making, perhaps you could help me out? A suggestion for you since you said you are usually not home for supper … rely on your crockpot! It is a great go to when days are busy or you won’t be home. You can throw supper in there in the morning and then voila it’s ready in the evening!
My family likes many of the same dinners, especially chicken fajitas. Welcome to MPM!
What a coincidence that my kids were just in Kentucky! Nice menu.
Looks great! You will get the hang of it. If you scout around you will find freezer meals as well – and that might help you with the shift that you work. I actually get up and start my morning routine, including my dinner, and then have everything completed – except dinner plates – by 11:00 a.m.! Then I play the rest of the day ;0) Good Luck!
Welcome to MPM and thank you for visiting my blog as well.
Your menu looks fine. It is helpful to read other blogs for menu ideas, but sometimes just the practice of doing it is enough to get your mind working. Even though we sometimes have to change the plan during the week, it is helpful to have a plan so we do not get as tempted to order out or eat junk.
